Dr Heng Jiacheng is a medical doctor trained at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS), with a Postgraduate Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (AAAM). He has received specialised training in hair and scalp disorders under Professor Antonella Tosti through the International Academy of Trichology.

Dr Heng’s personal experience with hair loss inspired his deep interest in hair restoration. Having undergone hair transplantation and medical therapy himself, he understands the challenges patients face firsthand. This perspective shapes his patient-centric approach, combining evidence-based assessment, realistic expectations, and long-term management strategies to help individuals achieve optimal hair and scalp health
