Dr Heng Jiacheng (JC) is a medical doctor trained at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS), and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (AAAM). Dr JC has received specialised training in hair and scalp disorders under Professor Antonella Tosti through the International Academy of Trichology.

A personal experience with hair loss inspired a deep interest in hair restoration. Having undergone hair transplantation and medical therapy, Dr JC brings firsthand insight into the challenges faced by individuals experiencing hair loss. This perspective informs a patient-centric approach that emphasises evidence-based assessment, realistic expectations, and long-term management strategies to support optimal hair and scalp health.
